The Santa House
For anyone who wishes to volunteer at Santa House please contact Jean Shelton, jshelto2002@yahoo.com. The Santa House is open from 11 am to 3 pm (volunteers are asked to arrive at 10:30 am.) on the following days: December 4,5,6,7,11,12,13,14,15.
The Santa House is located at the North Ridge Shopping Center, West 80th Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard. It is east of Target, west of Black and Read.

is doing - right here in Arvada. We are looking for someone in the club who would like to be a champion of a service project this spring to help Hope House finish their new building. Let Joanna or Heidi know if you would like to step up.

Up with People is returning to Denver and is searching for people that are willing to open their homes to host one or more of their international cast members. Hosting opportunities are from January 4 through February 18. There is also the option to host for just the first two week or last two weeks. It is a convenient and fun way to learn about different cultures without leaving your own home - all you do is provide the young person(s) with a place to sleep, breakfast and dinner, transportation in the mornings around 8 am and in the evenings around 6 pm most days. We will be offering a regional shuttle service to transport students to and from daily activities. Tentative shuttle stops for this upcoming Staging include Arvada, Boulder, Broomfield, Longmont, Thornton, downtown Denver, Aurora, Parker, and Highlands Ranch.
