The Hygiene Closet Grant from Arvada Sunrise Rotary to Swanson Elementary School made a meaningful impact by addressing the essential hygiene needs of students.
With this grant, over 300 toothbrushes, 100 tubes of toothpaste, 200 hair brushes, 100 bottles of shampoo/conditioner and an incredible 2,000 hair ties were provided to ensure students had access to the tools necessary for their personal care. This initiative not only promoted health and hygiene but also fostered confidence and dignity among the students, empowering them to thrive in their educational environment. It stands as a shining example of the Rotary's dedication to supporting local communities and investing in the well-being of future generations.
